Sintered PP Filter

GTS Filters offers Sintered PP Filters for air, gas, and liquid applications. A sintered PP filter is a porous, often, cylindrical part manufactured through the process of sintering. Porous Polymer materials are fused through high temperatures achieving porosity and creating a mesh thus forming sintered PP tubes. The sintered PP filter cartridges have many unique advantages over conventional wire meshes. They are more often clean and re-usable. These can be manufactured to finer specifications. We use these sintered tubes to design and manufacture complete filtration systems as well as supply them as retrofits. These tubes have to be converted to filter cartridges by providing them with suitable end caps and connections to make them effective usable filters. These sintered filters offer high-temperature resistance and can withstand high differential pressure and customized design in filter cartridges. We also manufacture retrofit or replacement or equivalent filter cartridges.
